Enjoy a full day of sailing, snorkeling, drinks, good food, and good company. On a full day sail we depart from the American Yacht Harbor in Red Hook, St. Thomas at 9:15am and return around 3:15pm. Times can be adjusted to accommodate cruise ship port times. Everything is included. For beverages we have soft drinks, bottled water, a fully stocked bar, beer and of course our Caribbean Rum punch. Lunch is based on Mediterranean style cooking. Organic grilled chicken, a Mediterranean style Orzo pasta salad plus a fruit and cheese platter.
