    We had one of the most Spectacular experiences of our lives doing this helicopter ride. Afraid of heights I never felt more safe thanks to our Awesome pilot Dominic. I would not be able to describe the majestic scenery this flight can only provide. A MUST DO!!

    We had a great time! Our pilot, Alex was very informative and friendly. The ride was very smooth. The views from the helicopter were amazing. Would absolutely do again!

    Flying over the Grand Canyon is the only real way to embrace its gigantism. The Papillon helicopter tour offered precisely this : spectacular overview of the site, with as many details observable as one wants on the rocky formations, the Colorado River running deep down, and the thick vegetation surrounding the site. The helicopter itself was confortable for 7 passengers and offered good view to everyone. The audio (music and speach) was imposed, but not inconvenient to the overall experience. We were warned by text message 2h before the fight that the weather conditions would not allow for the full 50’ tour and that we would be refunded the difference to the 30’ tour, which happened seamlessly. Only down side : 1h30 delay announced late before the flight which forced us to wait on site with little to do after the safety induction except observe the choppers take off one after the other. All in all, a memorable experience we strongly recommend that will provide long lasting memories to share in family.

    This would have been a 5 star review based on the flight and pilot but staff on the ground detracted from overall 5 star experience. Lady at check in informed me my flight was running late which turned out to be incorrect and seemed mightily disinterested in customer service. The gift shop attendant was even worse Having said that - this was an incredible experience! I ended up in the front row and had unbelievable views. Our pilot, Branson, was friendly, knowledgeable and charming. The experience is once in a lifetime and truly showcases the incredible scale of the Grand Canyon. Well worth the price !
