    We had a great experience with A Boat Day and especially with Captain Eric! We had booked our trip a few months in advance and when we got to Clearwater, it was during Hurricane Debbie! We were concerned we wouldn’t get to do our special boat trip but they were able to change the date of our trip to right after the storm! It was still very rough and choppy in the Gulf but Captain Eric knew all the ways to stay in the inlet where it was calm but still get us to places to do shelling in the gulf. We were able to go to Caladesi Island and no one else was there bc the ferries hadn’t restarted service yet. That was pretty awesome! We also went to a barrier island that was wonderful! We saw so many shells and animals we wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise and Captain Eric was really chill! He was very accommodating to our one child with motion sickness and our other one with a broken arm too! 🤪 We appreciated that! We even got a couple of dolphins to say goodbye to us at the end of the day! When we docked, he recommended a wonderful restaurant that had the most beautiful sunset! Thank you for helping us have such a wonderful day! We are so grateful!

    Great day boating with Randy. He took us to great spots to swim, go shelling, and see sand dollars and other interesting sea creatures. He shared lots of fun facts as well. Best day of our vacation!'

    Captain Mike took us on a lovely 4 hour trip for a bachelorette boat day! He made us feel comfortable and supported the fun we were having! Great experience. Great communication whenever we had concerns about weather. 10/10 would recommend!

    This was by far the highlight of our vacation! We had Eric and he was PHENOMINAL. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE THING WE DID ON OUR FAMILY VACATION. Eric took us along the gorgeous coast and showed us multimillion dollar houses and the stories behind them! Then he took us to a private beach that was more beautiful than any beach I’ve ever seen outside of the US. My husband and I recently took a cruise along the Caribbean and I swear the waters of the beach that Eric took us to you were more beautiful than any tropical country. Eric was kind, helpful, courteous, and so sweet to our three-year-old. I’m also incredibly impressed with the company overall because when I originally booked this outing three months ago, I accidentally booked it for the week before we were actually in Florida. The owner of the company quickly righted my mistake and changed my booking to the following Wednesday when we were actually on vacation. Eric went out of his way to do our cruise for us even though he had originally told me that he was not working that afternoon. I am so thankful for this company and this experience. We will book this over and over !!!!

    Right Choice Marine

    Your BOAT DAY starts with a safety briefing, then it's time to cast off! Your trip will typically take you north of Clearwater Beach to our beautiful barrier islands including Caladesi Island, Honeymoon Island and Three Rooker Sand Bar. Along the way it is very likely that we will see dolphins.    We may also see manatees, sea turtles, rays, Ospreys, native birds or other local wildlife.  As your BOAT DAY continues, it is common for guests to get off the boat and go swimming and snorkeling, or shelling and exploring on our beautiful islands.  Afternoon and evening tours can include watching the sun set from the boat, over the Gulf of Mexico. All guests will enjoy a cooler with complimentary bottled water, Big Joe water floats and mesh shell bags.

    Three-Rooker Baris a small, semicircular island that has emerged within the last decade. The fact that sand has been accumulating at this location while erosion has occurred at other locations demonstrates the complexity of the coastal processes at work on the West-Central Florida coast. As the island emerged, it quickly became vegetated, increasing its stability.
