    The tropical storm didn’t allow for a great experience. The bread and smoothie place was closed and there wasn’t much to see through rain covered windows. We met new people and enjoyed our time together, but there was nothing to see other than the black sand beach and lava tunnel. It was nothing compared to the expectation. It was an expensive, long ride to Hana. Oscar tried to keep us informed and entertained and I did appreciate that.

    Not happy with reaching Viator when i needed help and when i finally got through to a live agent, i could not understand a word she said. Clearly overseas and outsourced. My experience with the trip was good but i doubt i will use viator again due to the outsourced agent and communicating challenges. I never resolved my issues, I had to hang up on the agent because i could not understand her..it was fruitless

    Oscar was amazing we only had four people to show up for our tour and we had a great time. Everyone got to tell about themselves and Oscar told us the history of Hawaii. We sang and laughed and just enjoyed ourselves. It was like a family gathering.

    Was a great time…. Oscar definitely spent time explaining the history of the island….our first stop was the turtle beach which I missed, but Oscar was gracious enough to stop on the way back and I got to see the turtles…, loved it…. The black sand beach was spectacular, he explained to us how to get to the lava tubes for pictures and every one made it in..,, it was a rainy day but being in the rain forest seemed rather soothing… safe driving and was always willing to answer all our questions…, fabulous day!

    My family and I visited Maui for the first time and had the most amazing time! What kicked off our vacation was The Road to Hana Tour. We had a private tour guide, Jimmy. This guy right here was the cherry on top! Well versed in knowledge of the island, the culture, the food, the falls, etc…. He made the journey for us a true blessing. Bless up, Jimmy!!
