We had Tom as our driver and guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and full of information. He took us to several places, including the black sand beach, another beach with many sea turtles, a roadside stand where we got fresh coconut, an ice cream stand and eventually a well-guided tour to Hana. He is very safety conscious and a very good and cautious driver, especially in view if the terrain. We had a wonderful experience, especially with Tom. He kept the flow going all day long with his knowledge of Maui and the Road to Hana. He knows the locations of many beautiful waterfalls and specific species of trees. He made our day very enjoyable. I would recommend and Dynamic Tours Maui highly. It was a great time and a highlight of our trip to Maui.

We had a great time. Van was on time and everything was well planned out. All the activities were great. Time alloyed was just right. We learned a lot about the island that we wouldn’t have learned without this excursion. Driver was hard to understand but he did an excellent job. He made sure everyone was back on the van in time.

The switch back turns. We were only given a few chances to get off the tour bus to take pictures. Our group did have a good time and what we were able to get close to was beautiful.

Guide rushes everything. 1st stop to see turtles was 5 minutes or less and he only gave us 1 hour at Black Sand Beach including loading, unloading, and walking to and from the beach. The package said it was supposed to 1 hour 30 minutes at Black Sand Beach. We were back at the drop off site 45 minutes early. Others have said the same and the company denies it.

The entire trip was memorable. We saw turtles, the black sand beach was beautiful and the quirky roadside stands were a treat

The views were amazing. We enjoyed the fellow travelers and our driver guide, Oscar. We did not see turtles but got to see the lava tube. Oscar encouraged us to get to know each other.

Overall great tour! Our driver was great and very accommodating! The drive was long and our driver kept us talking and it the tour flew by.

Such a nice tour, even in the rain! Oscar, the owner-operator, is a magnificent tour guide and host. So beautiful; tons of pictures, including with Oscar at an overlook! We've been on this tour before, but it was 12 hours and took the entire day. This tour is six hours, takes in the whole route, and the only difference is fewer lengthy stops. Plus it's less expensive. There's no lunch provided, but you can bring snacks, and the tour is over at lunchtime anyway. Don't leave Maui without journeying to Hana, and take this one to get the most bang for the buck.

The guide was late. You could not hear him. He was boring. The trip was boring. Highlight sights were not described. We could not wait to het back. The only reason he got a tip was because instead of dropping us off at the mall he took us to the port.

Our experience was awful. The driver spoke English but had an accent we could not understand. He drove past numerous waterfalls without slowing down to give us a chance to take pictures. We had a passenger who needed a snack for health reasons and the driver refused to stop until we reached the black sand beach. He said there was food there but there wasn’t. After a time at the beach he finally stopped on the return trip for food and sulked and was basically mute the whole way back. Never again!
