    Super fun and informative. Tanya was an excellent guide, told us a lot of cool history in a very accessible and interesting way. The drink stops were also really cool and off the beaten path. Loved it

    I’m leaving a 5 star review because it was a great tour and the guide was excellent. However, we called Viator asking for a bus or carriage tour. The agent we spoke to told my wife this was a bus tour. When my wife handed me the phone to handle the payment, I asked again and the agent confirmed it was a bus tour. When we arrived, we found out it was a walking tour. Like I said…great tour but Viator needs to make sure their agents are not misleading customers.

    Have no problem that it was canceled due to rain other than majority of rain storm had already gone by before we were supposed to go.. makes me wonder why they canceled.. but at least we didn't show up only to find it wasn't going to happen... They did call and message to ensure we knew ahead of time

    Randy is extremely knowledgeable, super entertaining, and funny! He is a real historian with a big heart for his city. This is why I fell in love with the Haunted Tour! Randy shared facts of all the scary happenings in NOLA with such enthusiasm and passion. He is top notch! Ask for Randy, you won’t be disappointed of your bar crawl experience in NOLA, he will have you spooked, laughing, and curious for more!
