    Took this tour and had a great time. There was a lot of information and the stories were great. Our tour guide was Wick and he was fun and very knowledgeable. I will recommend this tour to friends and family as long as they get this guide.

    The advertised experience, including the basic, functional intro of meeting someone with a specific t-shirt and lantern was extremely lacking. The locations scheduled were not as complete as advertised either.

    The tour started early so we missed the first stop even though we got there before the start time. The tour guide talked to the buildings instead of facing us to talk, so it was hard to hear. The tour was supposed to start at 8:00 and last an hour, but at 8:30 it was over. I thought we must have been on the wrong tour, but the guide confirmed we were on the correct tour, but he stopped because a little girl was complaining about the rain. Why did we all we all have to get half a tour? That family could have dropped out. We go on ghost tours on every vacation. Some are better than others, but this was the worst.

    The walking tour started across from a dance club with loud music so we couldn't even hear the narrator. To improve tour, I would do the following: Have the narrator dress is a full spooky costume perhaps with a spooky light to carry around, have the narrator carry along a portable microphone or megaphone so everyone can hear him loudly and clearly, have the narrator put more excitement and fear into their stories. Also, the narrator forgot where the scariest tree was that he wanted to show us so he abruptly just concluded the tour after only 25 minutes and said that was the end. Maybe he should have looked for the tree and make sure he knew where it was prior to taking us on the tour?

    Wick was comically entertaining and crafty story teller. An added bonus was the Pensacola Art Fair happening at the same time enriched the mood.
