    We had a wonderful time with Melissa. As it happened the other two people were sick, so we had our very own private tasting. She was full of info on the chocolates made in Hawaii.

    What to expect

    In this hands-on class, a professional chocolate artist will guide you through how to make an exquisite palm tree chocolate bar inspired by Hawaii's lush tropical flora. Students will work with modeling chocolate and royal icing to decorate a chocolate bar reflective of this beautiful island. No baking or chocolate experience is necessary for this class as the chocolatier will talk you through each step so you can make a design inspired by the Hawaiian islands.
