Do NOT book this tour. We arrived at the correct time and location to learn that this tour was never scheduled. Viator said it was ‘out of their control’. Unacceptable.

Tour was just enough- we went just below the rim and stopped at Hemits rest for some hot chocolate in a cold day. Our tour guide Brad was great.

Viator never hired Pink Jeep, despite taking my money and giving a confirmation number. When I arrived , Pink Jeep had no record. However, Pink Jeep worked magic and got us a guide quickly to do an alternate tour. Pink Jeep told us that it was the second time this week that Viator had not scheduled with them and people were left hanging. The supervisor told us this happens regularly when scheduling through Viator. We highly recommend Pink Jeep Tours but book directly through them.

sunset hike was the best. isolated trail. nearly no one else on the trail. a moderate hike so not too bad for inexperienced hikers. good leadership. good safety. points out much on the history. native american and early explorers. takes notes if kids are there to keep them engaged. and knew the best photo spots and to take photos of us. highly recommend.
