The driver never met with the name tag as requested. What’s worse is the deceptive customer service that made a photo and sent me as if they did put a name tag, but they can’t put time stamp to prove they did meet with the name tag as requested.

The driver showed me the meter and he charged me 300 lari
I dropped of in the middle of the way
The government should take an action
Or else the tourist would stop coming here

No one met us the airport as detailed. The information desk made 2 tannoy announcements for our pick up but no one turned up. The authorised taxi company in the airport also telephoned the number on our reservation and all we got was a recorded message saying that the phone was switched off. In the end we had no option but to take an authorised taxi to our hotel. Not recommended.

This was a great airport transfer experience. The driver was professional and efficient in getting me to and from the airport on time and safely. If I return to Tbilisi I look forward to using the service again, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Georgia
