Our transport went from the pier 2 cruise terminal to the airport. Johnny our driver was professional and communicated well. He contacted us before we even got off the ship to confirm our time and to give us directions on where to meet him. Even with a traffic delay, he communicated to let us know what was going on and ensure we knew he would be there as quickly as possible. He helped load our large families luggage and dropped us off exactly where we needed to be. We would highly recommend this service.
