    As it was not possible to visit Nora on that day, rather than cancel, Raffaela took us instead to Su Nuraxi. It's a fascinating place within easy reach of Cagliari and Raffaela is an excellent guide, full of enthusiasm for her subject. I look forward to doing the Nora tour on my next visit.

    Our trip was canceled by the provider at 5pm the day before the trip. The reason is that there is a special event on the day of the tour and the site is not fully available. While the provider did offer an alternative tour when I asked for the options, unfortunately it is the last day of our stay and we did other tours already. You can imagine how upset my son is as this happens in the last day of an otherwise fatalistic trip to Cagliari. Had we been told even a day earlier, we could have done something, and I can’t imagine a scenario that a special event is planned or the provider gets to know this just less than 24 hours before the tour. Anyway, I am sure the tour would have been super fun. But I would suggest booking this one earlier in your trip if you really want to use the provider. By the way , the Tripadvisor help staff is really keen to help by searching options. But in the end , my son has to walked around by himself during the last day :(

    An amazing experience, and Andrea the guide was knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about the amazing history of Nora. Would highly recommend.

    We walked here from our hotel but there are tours from various locations. It's well worth a visit, and I would recommend at least buying an audio guide, or joining a guided tour. There are signs around but as it's an active site with excavation still happening these signs move around or are temporarily missing. You need decent shoes.

    Excellent small group tour with a very informative guide. The Nora site is large with lots to see in a beautiful location. The tour was relaxed and the knowledgable guide made it a wonderful experience.
