Big Dave was our tour guide, excellent in his work, you can feel wen someone love was his does for living I was traveling solo, I feel really welcome and safe ❤️ We start our tour in the Paris, the road was about 5 hours, counting the 3 stops that we made for 🚺🚹 We had the snacks and lunch too, I love everything, it's a short time to the trip so you need to know that everything happen so fast, if you want to enjoy slowly everything I recommend u stay in near the lower/upper antelope canyon. PS: for the horseshoe I recommend don't carry any hat, water o something like that is very windy, I had a incident with an umbrella that I really clearly I didn't need Me gustó mucho el tour, lo recomiendo, si es más caro que el tour en bus pero vas más cómodo, más seguro y el guía excelente servicio, muy atento ❤️

Beautiful tour! Small groups, safe driver, excellent time management, clean toilets along the way, Gorgeous Antelope Canyon and Horse Shoe Canyon. That about sums it up and is very similar to all the other reviews. But what no one talks about is the beautiful landscape that we travelled through to get to the Antelope Canyon. Everything from mountain ranges, rock formations, sprawling fields, solar panel parks, sunset and Vegas lights as we returned late at night at 9PM (a really long day considering we started at 7AM from the Paris pick up point). Basically it’s a 5 hour road trip across three states Nevada, Utah then to Arizona….. then another 5 hours road trip back. Tour bus is small and comfortable. We had Liz who was a really bubbly guide. Lovely song collections to entertained us for the trip. Lots of snacks and food. Drives fast but safe. Knows where the clean toilet stops along the way. Enough time for photo stops. Delicious local chicken burger for lunch. Best tip - she offered umbrellas for the hot blazing sun as one walks to the HorseShoe Canyon and back. Life saver!! Antelope canyon tour is run by the local Navajo guide. Knows how to change iPhone settings to optimize photo opportunities as will happily take photos for you at the correct spots. No bags are allowed during Antelope canyon tour so we left everything on the bus. Bring water and camera - that is all one needs!

What an incredible day. We arrived at 6:45am at the Paris hotel and Big Dave our tour guide was already parked up! From the start Big Dave was friendly, polite and so knowledgeable! Plenty of clean bathroom stops at well stocked gas stations on the way and on the way back. Big Dave got us the best chicken sandwiches we’ve possibly ever had. The photos at Antelope and horse shoe bend we took will never do the places justice. Would definitely recommend Max Tours to anyone we know visiting Vegas. A day out we will never forget, made even better by Dave!

Enjoyed riding with David in spite of the long day of 14 hours trip to see Lower Antelope Canyon. Lot of variety of snacks and drinks offered the whole trip. David cares for his guests and made sure everyone is having time the entire trip. It nothing to do with Viator but still like to mention that the guide antelope canyon rushing too much and do not care about the guests. It seems all he cared was some how to complete the one hour tour as fast as he can so we were there only 45 minutes. This is my 2nd trip to the canyon, so I see the difference between this time canyon tour guide and the last time. Last time the tour guide took time to explain about canyon history etc and offer to take pictures all that. This time, the guide did not offer to take pic and even when asked if he would take pick of us, he said there is not much to take pic and kept pushing people to move fast, that's all cared keep rushing guests but nothing else . In a nut shell for the amount they charge as entrance fees for the canyon, wish they hire tour guides who have some basic customer care attitude.

As a travel agent, I read countless reviews looking for the best excursions. I chose this one because it encompassed two major bucket list items for me, it was a small group, and the reviews were really good. Viator gave clear instructions, as did @Maxtours, regarding pickup and the day’s itinerary. From the moment we got in the VERY nice and comfortable van, our guide Orlin, did a wonderful job explaining what our day would be like. We stopped twice for breaks and a huge muffin was provided to us, along with ice coffee bottles, sodas, water, and chips. Once at Antelope Canyon we had time to walk around before our tour with Colby, our Navajo guide. Instructions are clear.. no bags and no video. Pictures are allowed but not on metal stairs because of safety. It was a fun hour weaving our way through the canyon getting hundreds of unbelievable pictures (use warm vivid filter). Orlin was there waiting for us, after tour was over, with a delicious warm chicken sandwich. Next stop was Horseshoe Bend where we had an hour. It was a 15 min walk down to it and then back up. Breathtaking! Later we had a fun surprise stop at Glen Canyon Dam! It rivals Hoover! Amazing. On the way back we had two stops again. Orlin was an extremely professional, kind, and fun guide. I highly recommend this trip with Viator and Max Tours and Orlin!
