This is a must do tour for anyone wanting to learn a little (or a lot) about NYC architecture and its history. Mr. John Arbuckle, a distinguished NYC architect, conducted the tour and his knowledge and passion for his craft was never in doubt as he taught and informed throughout the tour. Captain Chris and his hard working crew were exceptional as they made everyone welcome and comfortable. Most fun we have ever had on a boat tour.

Absolutely wonderful! Great info, beautiful views of the city and no hustling to find seats. It’s the perfect small size for a more intimate experience: We had a lovely time while learning about the city.

The four of us thoroughly enjoyed this tour boat. We were at one half to two thirds capacity and they let us spread out a bit. But a single table with four chair would have been adequate. You may spend most of your time out on the deck anyway enjoying the breeze. If the weather is decent you make a loop around the city and see a whole lot of cool buildings. This was one of two attractions I picked and my wife, daughter and granddaughter all said it was a highlight. I enjoyed it too. Obviously we had nice weather which can make or break this trip, it's about a 3 hour tour, a 3 hour tour. And if the weather started getting rough and the tiny ship was tossed if not for the.... Splurge on some drinks and a few snacks or take a long some trail mix...it's a great tour.

My husband and I looked at the ratings before booking as well as the comments from customers and decided this would be a good afternoon adventure for us. It was amazing! Our guide was excellent, and the boat was lovely! The gentlemen who were taking care of serving us was attentive and cordial and always available! I love how close we got to the Statue of Liberty. I loved that they allowed us to go on the bow of the boat whenever we wanted to and learned so much about the architecture and skyline of Manhattan. It was a perfect afternoon and it was a beautiful day. I will highly recommend this tour as well as to our hotel concierge at the Pierre
