What to expect
Lummus Park
Get an overview of the interesting history of Miami and the layout of the tour here at Lummus Park.
The Villa Casa Casuarina At The Former Versace Mansion
This house was built by the son of a wealthy oil tycoon, then was turned into apartments. Gianni Versace, of te fashion brand of the same name, purchased the home in the early 1990s, and was murdered on the front steps. And murder is a good foundation for a haunting.
The Tides South Beach
This hotel was commandeered by the CIA during the Cuban Missile Crisis, and the rooms here bore witness to some of the CIA's most "out there" work that had severe ramifications for not only its participants, but for the hotel itself.
The Betsy Hotel
This hotel was built in the 1940s and promptly taken over by the military to house soldiers preparing for deployment. There are seven known suicides among the soldiers that once called this home, and their haunting specters led one man to commit the same act himself.
Espanola Way
This pedestrian-only avenue is a lively place today, but what lurks in the shadows may surprise you.
Miami Beach Fienberg Fisher K-8
This school was constructed during the golden age of construction, and endured the wrath of Hurricane Andrew when most all other buildings in the area were damaged or destroyed. Perhaps the spirits of those who lost their lives in the storm are trying to make it to this solid shelter, even in death.
Mac's Club Deuce
This long-standing Miami landmark has turned into a cemetery of sorts, with patrons leaving more behind than just a tip. Explore the unique location that is Mac's.
