What to expect
Buffalo Gap National Grassland
Buffalo Gap National Grasslands is located in the Badlands of South Dakota and encompasses nearly a million acres of public land. It is a breathtaking stretch of prairie that provides visitors with access to unique wildlife, wide-open skies, and rugged beauty. Wildlife includes mule deer, antelope, wild turkey, bighorn sheep, and elk.
Badlands National Park
Badlands National Park is an awe-inspiring destination that should be on anyone's must-see list. The park spans 244,000 acres and features a variety of unique landscapes, from jagged cliffs to Badland formations. It is also home to some incredible wildlife, including bighorn sheep, mule deer, pronghorn antelope, swift foxes, and black-footed ferrets. On the tour, we'll explore some of the park's most iconic regions, such as Sage Creek Rim Road and The Door Trail. You'll be able to witness first-hand the amazing geological formations that have been created over millions of years, and learn about the history and culture of the park. You'll also have the chance to spot some incredible wildlife up close. Throughout my tours, I make sure to stop at areas where particular species are known to frequent so you can see them in their natural habitat. From birds of prey to prairie dogs, you'll be able to observe a wide range of animals in their natural settings.
Scenic Ghost Town
Find out the real story behind this creepy little ghost town. Remnants of the past lay here, as well as some other things! Have your photo taken in jail, at the bar, or in front of the church. Whatever you choose, we'll have a great time.
Sage Creek Wilderness Area
One of the lesser-known places that shouldn't be missed on any Badlands Tour. We enter and view the park as intended at the original entrance location. Learn the story of why the entrance was moved and why it was initially designed for the Badlands. It's quite an adventure!
Wall Drug
An American success story and the gateway to the West. Don't go home without a stop at the famous Wall Drug. Learn the story on the way out to the Badlands on why this is a must-see.
The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
