New Orleans Ghost Hunt Experience: Voices from Beyond

Our tour guide was Christoper, my family and I had amazing experience! Getting to learn about the devices and how to properly use them was a learning opportunity itself. I enjoyed how informative Christoper was with the history and explaining it! I would definitely recommend them and enjoyed our experience, thank you so much Christopher!

I went on a disappointing tour a year ago in Toronto where we didn’t explore anything. I don’t remember the name of the tour or the stories because it was so insignificant — but I can assure you this tour was nothing like that .The New Orleans Ghost Hunt Experience entertaining should emphasize the word EXPERIENCE as not only you learn the historical aspect of the hauntings , but an exciting hands on experience with ghost equipment. Additionally, the tour guide was a wonderful and fun person to be around. You can build a connection with him and the group. It was memorable and I promise you won’t be bored a second of those three hours.

We had an absolutely fabulous time with Chris on our paranormal tour! He explained all of the equipment, detailed some of his experiences, helped us use his equipment, got as excited as we did when phenomena began happening and somehow arranged an awesome lightning and thunder storm during our time in Claudia's house trying to summon 'friends' of Chris!

So you’re in NOLA and you want to go on a ghost tour? Well, you could book with any one of a dozen tour companies, fight for space on a sidewalk alongside four or five other ‘ghost tour’ groups, sipping on your premixed complimentary cocktail, listening to stories about the haunted history of the city – with seemingly ALL of the other tourists in town. OR!!! …you can book a tour with New Orleans Paranormal Society and have your own personal paranormal experience. Chris was an excellent guide. (He is an actual paranormal investigator vs some former drama student who just tells ghost stories). Chris introduced us to all of the equipment, showed how to use it, including how to identify false positives (They have the same kit that you see on all of the ghost hunting shows). We were able to visit two very different locations (indoors…not on a sidewalk) where Chris told us about the resident spirits before we all had the opportunity to engage with them ourselves. We had been on other ‘ghost hunts’ in other cities, but this tour was legit and did not disappoint! If you only have time to do one ghost tour while in New Orleans - book this tour. You will come away with some amazing stories, personal experiences…and maybe even get some awesome photos!
