The bus is conveniently located on 8th Ave and 42nd. There is no bad seat on the bus. Tour guides are energetic and hilarious. Can't wait to do it at night.

If you’re going to use them then my advice is to 100% double check they will actually be running that day. We booked in 2023 for our day with them in May 2024 and they were: 1. quick enough to take the money 2. send the tickets 3. send a reminder 4. send another reminder 24hrs before we even due to ride reminding us not to be late and then guess what…….. NO SHOW ON THE DAY!!!! We were at the pick up point on time and in fact 20mins early Rang them up and they said they don’t run an 11am Ride on Thursdays and then claimed they couldn’t find our booking Cue me thinking we’ve been ripped off on a bogus site!!!!! Only after I sent the 24hr reminder email back to them did they find it. This then triggers three days of initially having no idea how I had tickets for a Ride that didn’t exist to then finally having an ‘answer’ and squarely blaming their web hosts for loading some ‘test’ dates that somehow, against all odds l, I had been allowed to book (truthfully me thinks they cancelled my particular Ride due to They all play the ‘we’re a small business, please don’t blame us’ card when challenged, well guess what??? so am I and I save hard to go on events such as theirs which they then badly let me down

Kid age for this is 6 years though the ride itself is told family friendly Not they refund for ticket of child and parent not specify it at time of buying of child age.

The experience was great from start to finish. It was a laugh a minute. The staff were so professional. Really made my day. I would highly recommend this tour.

The street performers were very talented. I liked the illusion of being impromptu and random. I will say, I felt shortchanged time wise. I understood the ride itself was 75 minutes of entertainment…ended up being more like barely 60 minutes long. Quite expensive ( even for New York Standards); for less than one hour of entertainment/ enjoyment.

Loved the singers and Dancers and sax player on the street. The rapper had very funny interactions with people in the street- so entertaining. Outstanding hosts on the bus kept everyone engaged and having fun.

Doing the ride is a must when visiting NYC. Great entertainment, with great hosts, that make you laugh from when you get on and get off.

Recently went on The Ride whilst on a trip to New York with my wife and 2 teenage girls, we all loved it and said it was one of the best things we did on the trip. Really funny but also informative and we picked up some great tips on places to visit / eat etc, would definitely recommend it.
