My family and I booked the Maiden of the Mist Niagara Falls tour. We were extremely happy and satisfied with how everything was planned. As we were on the Canada side, Nancy our tour guide, had to make a game time decision which was to reserve the boat from the Canada side instead of driving back over the boarder to the NY side, which was a 2 hour wait time to cross the border. This did not change any of the scheduled plans. Not only did we get to see everything, we were done earlier than originally planned which allowed us time to rest before our dinner reservation. Nancy filled our day with details and information for each tour site. When you book, try and request her as your guide.

Look no further for a tour company!
From start to finish these folks were a class act. I called to see if I could get a private tour of the falls for my 88 and 91 y o parents. I spoke with Dawn. She likes to get to know her clients to connect them specifically with a guide based on the customer’s needs. She connected us with Nancy. Nancy proved to be just as amazing as Dawn. We had to reshuffle our day due to my mom’s health issues. It was seamless. She was AMAZING. I could go on and on… at the end of the day, my dad decided he wanted to zipline and Nancy helped us make arrangements, walked us to the venue and stayed late to pick us up afterwards and get us back to the hotel. A+++.
