A full day tour started early in the morning. Alpha was my excellent guide throughout, sharing information about Mozambique and the places we would visit. He was kind and thoughtful during the journey and eased me into an excellent day. Our first stop was Hlane Royal National Park, and we saw a few animals and enjoyed the views in the park. At Mantenga Cultural Center, a tour was provided of the village, followed by Eswatini indigenous, entertaining us with music, dance, and singing. I had a great lunch at House on Fire in a relaxed setting with great views. Our last stop was a candle making shop, creating unique Africa themed candles. An overall great day.

We really had a fun day seeing quite a bit of Eswatini. It is a long day but you see a lot and the car is comfortable. Some comments mentioned bad roads but it is just a small part of the trip it was not an issue at all. The dance presentation at the cultural center was really the highlight. Was great to see and very entertaining. Lunch was very good as well. Long day but worth the investment.

I booked this 1-day solo trip to Eswatini yesterday and it definitely exceeded my expectation. What started as a trip to add a new country to my travelling map became a truly great experience during which I had the chance to see wonderful landscapes (it was sunny with a blue sky!) and do many activities: seeing rhinos up close in Hlane National Park during sunset (as well zebras, kudus, and water bucks drinking from the lake), the Mantenga Waterfall, the tour of the traditional village for an explanation of Siswati traditional culture and a Traditional Dancing Performance (they even pick visitors from the audience to teach the steps), the Swazi candle factory where I saw how the colourful candles are made and got souvenirs, and lastly, a tasty lunch at Malandela's lifestyle Centre which is a trendy place in Eswatini for Southern African music festivals with a great view. The communication with Tours Maputo was smooth and the organisation was spot, including a comfortable car and smooth border crossings. My driver Marciano was instrumental as he was punctual, helpful, and a very skilled driver, he knew his away around and really made sure to plan well and adapt the programme so I can see and do everything to be seen and done during that day. Book this trip when in Maputo without any hesitation, it is definitely worth it! :)

Alfainho is a great guide. The entire drive was smooth and I had a wonderful time. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. I fully recommend this tour to anyone. The performance at the Cultural Village was a definite highlight that no one should miss.

I booked a 1 day tour to Eswatini at Tours Maputo) they were very attentive, sent me all info and details ) our guide, Alphainho, came on time, and we had a great trip to Eswatini, on the way he told a lot of interesting facts and info) we were a group of three, two guys from Brazil and me. we saw an authentic dance in a Swazi village, and learnt about Swazi life there) the border was easy to cross, Alphainho was always with us, helping and translating) we had lunch in a lovely restaurant with a view on a valley) and came back in the evening, full of emotions) would definitely recommend Tours Maputo for any activities you want to do on Maputo)
