    I missed my scheduled time. I was told to meet ceaser at Starbucks at1:00. Waited there till 1:40 but never connected with him. Any way I can get at least a partial refund?

    Hello, We prefer more time to watch the movie "Immigrants" at the Ellis Island Immigration Museum. And more time to get lunch. The tour lady was amazing! She told us many stories about the History of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the 9/11 Memorial. Thank you so much! We learned a lot of concepts. We will do other trips again when we have time.

    Don’t book here, I had a horrible experience. I pid $389.00 for this tour, I got sick and was not able to attend 911 Memorial and redeem our tickets for the museum. I called the night before and ask for a partial refund, they said it has to be requested 24 hours before. I explained this many times in my email to this company and they didn’t issue a refund.
