    the boat never showed up waited 45 minutes in the freezing cold without any notice. the main company didnt even answer phones do not use them ever!!!

    the windows were so dirty!!!! they don't clean the windows!!! If they did, we wouldn't have to step outside in the harsh cold and winds.

    First time in NYC and the Sunset Cruise was far the best one! I loved how close we were to the Statue of Liberty and how beautiful the skyline was once the sunset! It was mesmerizing! 1000% recommended and a must!

    People be careful don’t buy this is a scammmm!!!!! Nobody picked us up there are no 7:30 or 9:30 cruises I’m trying to get my money back and nobody has responded

    They canceled our trip and didn’t tell us. They didn’t refund our money either. Very poor service. I wouldn’t take this tour. Seems like they should have at least let us know ahead of time.
