    My friends and I recently took the night bus tour in New York, and it was hands down one of the highlights of our trip! From start to finish, David, our tour leader, and Brian, our driver, made the experience unforgettable.

    Tour operator was fun and friendly. We learned a lot about Manhattan from the audio tour and appreciated the time to take photos on the bridge.

    We had a very bad experience with this company. We saw the tickets at one price but a seller offer us a tour that included more stops, that end up not existing and being the same one everybody was taking and just charge us more for it. One of the bus drivers was very rude and no body gave us instructions on where or how to find the headphones to listen to the guided experience.

    The views were great and the 90 minute length of the tour was just right. However, a big reason we booked the tour was the promise of a narrated tour with headphones provided. Unfortunately, no headphones were provided, so everyone on the bus took a silent tour, not knowing what some of the landmarks were or what streets we were on. The tour was also overbooked; at least one family was asked to have fairly sizeable children sit on their parents' lap, despite buying a seat for each child. The tour description was also confusing regarding the termination point. We ended up several blocks from where we started the tour. In general, no one seemed in charge. There were several young men hawking the tour on the street, but no evident supervisor to make sure everything was taken care of as promised.

    Michael was very entertaining and full of knowledge. We had a blast, and he made the trip amazing. Would recommend to family and friends.
