    We visited this Interpretation Center because a friend who lives in the town recommended it to me and we spent almost the entire morning here. We have started the visit with Gonzalo who has been teaching us the various steps involved in harvesting the olive and converting it into oil, helped by videos and audiovisual presentations. Afterwards we did an oil tasting, which was very interesting. Afterwards we ate in the dining room, with prior reservation of the meal, with 2 starters, cod, beef and dessert, The visit and tasting has a cost of 10 euros P/P. The food cost us €36 p/p. with drinks, all of which are of very good quality. We have also been lucky to be alone. Also highlight the good attention that Miriam had given us before the visits, helping us choose the best option for our visit.
