Wonderful, intimate experience with close contact to the trees and oil milling process, regardless of the season. Our tour guide was competent and good at answering our many questions. Id love to support this third generation family business that still uses manual harvesting. I enjoyed the stories of how they provide milling services to all the local private families who own a few olive trees each harvest season. It was an authentic and genuine experience. Thank you!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the tasting and tour at Terra Surti olive oil processing facility.Frederica was a wonderful guide and host. Informative and knowledgeable about olives, and olive oil all over Italy. Highly recommend. We walked among the olive grove, tasted olives right off the tree. Who knew there were so many varieties of olives? I feel like an expert now & know how to choose the best olive oil. I love that Terra Surti remains family owned and run. One of the owners hosted our tasting and added insight to the process. The tasting was fabulous, including a selection of spreads on baguettes, cheese, meat, olives & different grades of olive oil. Only wish we had room in our bags to purchase more olive oil and hand cream. They do ship product. Don’t hesitate to book this tour. You will enjoy the experience.

Very good tour and tasting. I thought I knew so much about olive oil until this tour. We got to taste an olive right off the tree, see how olive oil is harvested and bottled. We had an amazing snack and a wonderful time with Federica and Elio, the owner. Can't say enough good things about this tour!

We had a wonderful guided tour of the olive trees and were told how the harvest works and how the olive oil is produced. The tasting was very exciting and delicious with baguette and regional cheese and salami.
It was an exceptionally great experience to see the production process with virtual reality!

This is the best thing we’ve done in Sicily so far. We learned about the olives in the grove with the trees. We saw the whole process of how the olive oil is made, and we drank wine with the owner over appetizers. This was so pleasant, intimate, and authentically Sicily.
