From the moment we walked up, the crew laughed and joked with us. It made it more exciting to get on board. Ty and the other employees were very amazing. They were extremely helpful and the service was excellent. The food was good with options to suit anyone's taste. The band wasn't much my style but the conversation with the other folks on the boat was really cool.

We went with a group of about 20 couples. The cruise was fun. We got on the boat about 6. It left the dock about 7 and returned about 9. The dinner was not bad. Good actually for a boat ride. The views are outstanding from the boat. It was a fun evening of hanging out, music, and dinner while on a boat ride. Bring a sweater depending on time of year. It got cool on the water the night we went.

The staff was amazing. I would have liked to have had more of a selection with the food for the price. But overall it was nice.

Yowanda_G

In general, my experience was delightful. The band performed exceptionally well, the staff was amiable and supportive, and the cruise provided a relaxing atmosphere with stunning cityscape views. However, I found the food quality disappointing given the price. Additionally, there was only one dessert option (bread pudding), which unfortunately isn’t to my taste.

Casey_S

Lackluster food. No jazz music for the dinner service, just on the top deck. So you had to go eat quickly if you wanted to enjoy the music as well.

We had a great night on this trip ... staff, food, music was fab .... not as big ad the Natchez boat but it doesnt matter it was a great night

The female black waitress was so polite her customers service was excellent and professional along with the buffet employees I delivery welcome and they work with a purpose.

MARILYN_B

The food was excellent. The staff very professional and helpful. The only problem and the air condition was on and it was to cold to eat and enjoy the food. The middle deck was warm and then the air conditioner came on. A trip that would have been great if it was not so cold. A family member got sick from the cold.

Great food, great relaxing music. Wonderful and helpful crew. It was a great way to end a delightful day in Nee Orleans and enjoy the Mississippi.

Rick_D

My experience was average. The food wasn't good for New Orleans style. I feel like the culinary experienced can be improved. Also, the band didn't not have an energetic experience.
