    I greatly enjoyed my tours with Miguel. To start, we met at the hotel where we took an Uber to Graça. On the way, we talked about my gear and interest in photography. As a professional photographer, Miguel gave the right amount of instruction. The pacing of the tour was perfect. I was encouraged to be in the moment as I create an image. Miguel shared my enthusiasm when I successfully captured a tram in Alfama. When the tour ended, he waited with me until my Uber arrived. Above all, I came home with images I can look back on and enjoy.

    If you are spending a few days in Lisbon I suggest you start with THIS tour. We and four days and Miguel with his knowledge of the city made our stay very memorable. The quirky back streets are a must to see whether you are a photographer or not. Miguel is a professional photographer and have his help adds to his great Lisbon guiding skills. Miguel thanks for taking the effort to make this truly memorable visit

    We loved getting a photographer’s view of Lisbon! Miguel knew where to go for the best shots of this beautiful city. He was prompt, very knowledgeable about cameras, and very patient with helping us capture the view. I wish we had more days to explore with him!

    Positive Miguel waited for us despite delay in traffic due to rain. -Seeing a part of downtown Lisbon we might not have gotten to on our own. -My partner enjoyed conversations at a high level about photography -Stories about his life and photographic journey. Negative; Miguel's perspective is that he takes you to a place and lets you see it for yourself. This was good for the experienced photographers (2) but the 2 rookies floundered. I would have appreciated more direction as well as more information about the area we were in and Lisbon generally (based on what I heard from other reviewers).

    Ricardo was an excellent tour guide. His depth of knowledge on the history of Lisbon was informative and extensive. He compared past areas of Lisbon with present day. Not only did he tell you about the changes but had diagrams/books so you could visualize it. On our tour he would point out subtle and somewhat hidden things from the past. He often had a story to accompany those gems. The experience was great. Be prepared to walk and climb many stairs. (We were fine) Ricardo did have shortcuts through the areas which was good. Very happy we did this tour.
