    Unpleasant experience, lack of professionalism, poor service! The offered Service was not provided either in the form or in the contacts with the agency. Had acquired for 3 people. At the time of the tour, I questioned guide and agency, about this disagreement and the answers were evasive and inconclusive. I saved the entire dialog via whatsapp. After many messages, on the day of the tour, the agency recognized that the guide was not fulfilling the contract. Seeking compensation for the services not provided after the tour, the proposed value to be repaid and the form were inadequate.

    Prezados. Infelizmente o passeio não foi dos melhores. A começar pelo trajeto para pegar os passageiros. Entre o hotel Janeiro no Leblon e o último passageiro demorou 2 horas. Parece que a guia estava um pouco atrapalhado pois várias vezes vi que andava em círculos por um mesmo local. É certo que um ou outro passageiro também se atrasaram. Quando chegamos a Petrópolis, todos já exaustos já era 12:00 hs portanto 4 horas de viagem. Além de um microônibus barulhento com motor batendo. Na volta do almoço a guia se atrapalhou com o ponto de encontro. Parecia confusa. A visita ao museu imperial foi boa. Ao final já em torno das 16:00 hs começou a chover um pouco e notamos que a guia estava temerosa e sugeriu voltarmos para rio de janeiro rapidamente. Falava de experiências das últimas chuvas em Petrópolis com desmoronamentos e mortes como querendo dizer que se ficassemos mais para os passeios que ainda faltava ( casa santos Dumont/ relógio das flores/ rua iluminada) poderíamos também sofrer as consequências da chuva. A chuva foi fraca e logo o sol apareceu. Mas a decisão de voltar já tinha sido tomada. Ao que parece a guia queria voltar logo para não chegarmos muito tarde no Rio. Ficamos sem os passeios faltantes. Ao desembarcar no Rio tivemos problemas com a guia pois tínhamos combinado um local previamente e por vezes ela nos indicou para desembarcar em locais que ela queria. Após nossa insistência desembarcamos no local combinado. O motorista foi prudente com direção segura . O único ponto negativo foi ele ter arremessado uma garrafa de agua na rua quando paramos na casa do alemão na ida, ou seja sem noção de civilidade.

    Super attentive attendant Kilian on WhatsApp. Tour closed for day 14/08 - Sunday (parents' day), but unfortunately transport execution, with guide and driver, absurdly disastrous, lack of commitment in the provision of the Service. Which I consider a very serious failure, failing to execute the services contracted. On the day 14/08 at 9:16h I received the first contact from the driver informing that I was at the place of boarding, I informed that it would take 20 minutes to be there, and that was on the way. The driver replied that he would not wait and left us behind. At 9:30h (time scheduled in the VOUCHER -Docto below) I was at the venue with a child to board and celebrate Parents' Day to my surprise the driver was no longer at the venue, it was 9:30h, and I at the venue for 9:40h with a child. In short: Although the assistant kilian sought another vehicle to carry out the transport, which did not happen. Everyone involved washed their hands and left me with a crying child at the boarding place. If this does not characterize failure in the provision and execution of services, I ask: What characterizes??? The Enterprise gave up, passing the responsibility to the consumer. All quiet as if nothing had happened. I'm registering here because the fact happened. I hired a service, a "Tour in Petrópolis" and it didn't happen and there's nothing that can be done about it. On top of the hour it would be impossible to hire another Enterprise for the same purpose.
