A lot of fun. Great for anyone age 6 and up. Our pizza expert was Mirko. He spoke very good English. The group (8) was from US, England and Denmark. There was laughter and fun. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Managed to clear some misconceptions which I previously had. This will enable me to improve my pizza making skills.

What a fun way to experience Rome! Luca did a great job showing us how to prepare the dough (which because it takes 24 hours to rise - you make and then it is put aside and will be made into pizza's for the homeless later by the restaurant) you then get a pat of dough that they made the day before, and proceed to roll it out, and add toppings. It is baked very quickly and you then can eat what you made along with a glass of wine and limoncello. It was lots of fun and very informative.

We had a fantastic time learning how to make pizza with Chef Daniel at Osteria Pasquina. We learned a lot, had fun and ate the pizza that we made. The price included a welcome drink and another with the pizza. It was a welcome change from the museums and churches that we’ve been to since arriving in Rome. I would definitely recommend!

Bea was awesome! We had a great time learning how to make the pizza dough then actually making the pizza. It was a wonderful experience. We would do it again.

Bea, our pizza chef, was incredible. She took the time to explain everything to us so we could replicate making pizza dough at home. You really do make the pizza from scratch. We’ve done cooking classes before and it was more an assembly than actually making. We all enjoyed this experience.
