A person books this service when h3 needs it badly. I had two tired kids and bags after 14 hour flight. No one showed up. We waited until the whole flight was emptied and then I called. The response I got from so called customer service rep was I don't see your reservation. After lot of back and forth and me finding the ticket and by sending in to his WhatsApp, he finally agreed and said our team missed it and we will process a refund. He did not have any courtesy to say we will arrange a pick up or anything.
To all visitors, please don't use this. Rather give half the money to airport registered devices and they will take care of your travel needs better than this garbage.

The worst wheelchair service I experienced at the IGI Delhi Airport through Air India. It was simply chaotic. No one seems to know who is in charge to approach. I was so frustrated that I decided to make the trip to Security limping. It is not convenient for international passengers arriving late evening or night at IGI.
