Kapiolani Park
Queen Kapiʻolani Regional Park is the largest and second oldest public park in Hawaii. In the 1870s, King Kalākaua was asked to find a permanent dry course for horse racing. On June 11, 1877, the park opened as the first Hawaiian public space. Since 1913, the park has been maintained by the City and County of Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation. The park itself also serves as the natural border between Waikiki and the Diamond Head neighborhood. From here to the next stop 5 minutes driving.
Diamond Head Beach Park
Hawaii's best-known landmark is known for its historic walking trail and stunning views of the coastline. From the car park there is an excellent viewpoint from which you can contemplate kilometers of crystal clear water. Looking at the sea, you will be able to observe the surfers catching waves in what is the best place on this side of the island to practice this sport. From here to the next stop 25 minutes driving.
Kahala
After the Diamond Head Lookout, our second point of interest is the Gold Coast in Kahala. You will see incredibly large and luxurious estates and sprawling estates owned by movie stars, celebrities and dignitaries.
Hawaii Kai Lookout
Located halfway up Koko Crater, this overlook offers sweeping views of the Hawai'i Kai neighborhood, as well as Oahu's South Shore stretching as far as Diamond Head in the distance. From here to the next stop 10 minutes driving.
Halona Blowhole
This natural wonder was formed thousands of years ago by molten lava flowing into the sea and is capable of spewing ocean spray 30 feet high. One of Oahu's geological wonders! In this same viewpoint we can also appreciate the beach "eternity beach" from the Holiudian movie "From here to Eternity".

Makapu‘U Point
The view from the Makapu'u Point lookout is truly something to behold... The bluest of blues, the greenest of greens, the jagged ancient lava rock surrounding the yellow sand and the Makapu'u Lighthouse. u, stoic to the bottom. From here to the next stop 30 minutes driving.
Nu’uanu Pali
Located at an elevation of 1,168 feet, Nuʻuanu Pali is a windward cliff section of Koʻolau Mountain located at the head of the Nuʻuanu Valley. It has a panoramic view of O'ahu's windward shoreline. In addition, Nu'uanu Pali was the site of the Battle of Nu'uanu, one of the bloodiest battles in Hawaiian history, in which Kamehameha I conquered the island of O'ahu, bringing it under his rule in 1795. Since here to the next stop 25 minutes driving.
Byodo-In Temple
Byodo-In Temple is located at the foot of the Ko'olau Mountains in the Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. It was established on June 7, 1968 to commemorate the centennial of the first Japanese immigrants to Hawaii. The Byodo-In Temple on O'ahu is a smaller-scale replica of the more than 950-year-old Byodo-in Temple, a United Nations World Heritage Site in Uji, Japan. From here to the next stop 15 minutes driving.
Tropical Farms (The Macadamia Nut Farm Outlet)
Tropical Farms Macadamia Nuts is nestled in the shadow of the Koolau Range Mountains and is a stop on many island tours. No tour of O'ahu is complete without visiting the Mac Nut Farm for free coffee samples plus the most delicious macadamia recipes. From here to the next stop 5 minutes driving.
Mokoli’i Island
Known as Chinese Hat, it is an islet in Kāneʻohe Bay, Hawaii. Mokoli'i is part of the Kualoa Regional Park. Mokoli'i translates from Hawaiian as "little lizard." "Moko" is an old form of the word "mo'o" and means "lizard" or dragon-like creature; "li'i" means "small" or "tiny." This island is very close to the coast and is located in front of the Koaloa farm. There we are going to put this small island in your head through a photography trick. From here to the next stop 30 minutes driving.
Laie Point State Wayside Park
Picturesque location with expansive views of the ocean and a unique sea arch on an island off the coast. To the south, the vegetation of the Windward Coast looms large with the "foothills" of the Koolau Range. Five small offshore islands, one with a prominent puka (hole) in the center, and the textured lava rock beaten by the waves here are unusual and noteworthy subjects for photography enthusiasts. Read the plaque atop the rock near the parking area to learn about the Hawaiian creation story of the offshore islands. From here to the next stop 40 minutes driving.
Kahuku
Are you hungry? How about having lunch at the famous North Shore food trucks and eating the most delicious shrimp recipes that are caught right there on the shrimp farms? Rich in island history, Hale'iwa is now the social and artistic center of the North Shore.
Dole Plantation
What started as a Wahiawa fruit stand in the middle of pineapple fields in the 1950s is now an extremely popular Hawaiian attraction. The sprawling Dole Plantation in central Oahu is a rural throwback to a time when pineapples helped run Oahu's economy. Visitors can taste the sweet yellow fruit, tour the fields, take a walk through a huge maze of gardens. Returning from here to Waikiki, 45 minute drive.
