The cemetery portion of this tour is conducted OUTSIDE THE GATES, as Lafayette Cemetery is not open to the public. Lafayette Cemetery #1 is the oldest municipal cemetery, and the most filmed cemetery in New Orleans. Learn about the unique above-ground tombs and burial process.
