    I was really looking forward to a hike in the mountains and the tour guide no-showed. I took an Uber to the meeting point and no one showed up or answered their phone. I will say that the reason this is three stars instead of 0 is because of how Viator and this tour guide handled the over-site and mistake. A refund was administered right anway and the tour guide went above and beyond when she finally returned my call which I very much appreciated. I would give this your a second try

At the top of the mountain we will have a charcuterie picnic tasting overlooking a beautiful view with your drink of choice. Charcuterie tasting will include a selection of snacks that will pair well with wine. Beer and kombucha is also an option. Prior to the trip, you will be contacted with a series of questions determining your fitness level and preference of hike. Hikes will be catered to fitness level and selected with the weather in mind.
