    I reserved and paid for a self-guided tour (Law & Order). I never got it. The directions on the reservations were conflicting. The directions were terrible and the company gave me little to no assistance. Finally, they refused to refund my money after I spent over an hour looking for their location. I also spent at least an hour going back and forth with them on the phone. The app they used would not accept my codes. The final straw is that the company blamed me because I stopped engaging with them after spending over 2 hours to find and initiate the tour. Stay away from this tour company!
