    This is by far the best food tour I've ever been on. On our very first trip to San Sebastian, we wanted to experience the amazing culinary culture but had no idea where to start. Esky was the perfect tour guide for us: vivacious, interesting, informative, and sooo much fun. She reflects the incredible culture of San Sebastian: energy, passion for food and drink, and excellent vibes. We tasted some of the best dishes we've ever tried, learned a ton about the city and its history, and had the most marvellous time. Esky is a true local, born and bred in San Sebastian and her passion for the city and its cuisine makes this tour unforgettable. At each and every pintxo bar, we knew we were in the best hands. We'll be recommending this tour to anyone and everyone who comes to this beautiful city!

    We had a great Pintxos tapas tour in San Sebastián Spain. 8 people. All strangers at first but we became friends by the end. Many food choices. So you were not compromised if you didn’t like a food group! Our guide was a local women who was fantastic, fun, and very well connected with the local restaurants and people.

    Such a fun and delicious food tour….. tried foods we never knew of and was so delish! Almost felt like queen of street foods as she managed to always get only freshly made pintos and special treatment from head chefs!

    I rarely write reviews but sometimes you experience something so incredible that you have to tell everyone and anyone about it. Eske’s tour should be required for anyone interested in visiting the beautiful city of San Sebastián. Between the history, the food, and Eske’s enthusiasm and passion for her city, the experience can simply not be beat. She is a great and genuine person, and has provided us with information that will make the rest of our stay as memorable as our tour. Eske truly goes above & beyond, and I could not provide any higher recommendation. - by far the best tour we’ve ever been on.

    Even though we’ve been to San Sebastián many times before, we had never taken a formal Pintxo tour, so this was very fun and we got to try many different pintxos. Eskerne is super knowledgeable and very excited about sharing her love of San Sebastián! I’d recommend going on this tour the first night you’re in town so that you can go back to the many places that she will suggest.

    Parte Vieja

    San Sebastián (known as Donostia in Basque) is a city renowned worldwide for its gastronomic tradition. Without doubt the unrivalled “Star” and featured in every bar is the Pintxo. The picturesque old town (Parte Vieja) is completely packed with Pintxos bars — so many that knowing where to go and what to order can be completely overwhelming. We will take you to the very finest pintxo bars that visitors are unlikely to discover on their own and we will suggest the best pintxo in each bar and the most suitable drink to accompany it, chosen from Cider, Txakoli (Basque white wine) or red wine. From our meeting point we will visit the Old Town of San Sebastian where you will learn about Basque traditions and customs. You will visit bars off the normal tourist trail, eating and drinking like locals do.
