    We had the best time with Dee as our instructor and guide. She is very knowledgeable of the city's history. We will definitely be finding her again for our next visit .

    Great fun. We never rode a Segway before. Very patient. Informative on galveston history. Had great suggestions on places to go to eat and see. Would definitely do it again.

    Grace was absolutely fantastic!!! Really enjoyed the tour and the recommendations and we will be back! She did a great job explaining the history and stories of Galveston and made riding the segways a breeze.

    This is our third Segway tour and our second with Asa. It’s so much fun riding around Galveston on the segways and Asa is so friendly and knowledgeable! We’ll be back!

    The Seawall

    Built after the Galveston Hurricane of 1900 for protection from future hurricanes, The Galveston Seawall is a seawall in Galveston, Texas. Construction began in September 1902, and the initial segment was completed on July 29, 1904. From 1904 to 1963, the seawall was extended from 3.3 miles (5.3 km) to over 10 miles (16 km).

    The tour briefly visits the Historical District where we will pass the Bishop’s Palace, once called the Gresham’s Castle.

    Our guides will show you the much loved Elissa sailing vessel – the official Tall Ship of Texas.

    Port of Galveston

    The tour concludes at the Port of Galveston where we can usually observe a breathtaking sunset.
