    Terrible, don’t waste your time. Booked the tour and went to the address provided which is in the middle of the city- a good 10 mins away from where the actual boat leaves from. Not really an issue but very confusing when your not from the city. Got to the place where the boat was meant to leave and no sign of life apart from a boat that was coming in and a few workers. No workers knew what we were talking about when we asked where the boat tour was leaving from and said it was finished - this is approx 30 mins before we were meant to leave. Called the operator on the number provided and he was totally unbothered and didn’t really seem to know what I was talking about when I mentioned the boat tour. He said it should be going ahead so we waited around another while before the boat was meant to depart. 15 mins later we asked a different person that was working there, he said they were finished again, so we called the operator again. He was like oh yeah it is cancelled did you not get the email, and suggested we should come back again tomorrow, which wasn’t possible for us. He said to send over our details and he will issue a refund be we have received no acknowledgement of this and I am not very hopeful. There are plenty of boat tours in Paris, go with a different one.

    Hail and rain in the spring in Paris....the Hop on Hop off bus drivers are not visitor friendly or knowledgeable.

    Good experience, you have to try it if you have never taken Seine cruise before. Good stuff, kind waitresses. Roof top for seating outside and smoking.

    I didn't like the fact that you have to pick up the tickets at a place very far from the Seine, you don't sit comfortably on the boat, the app doesn't work so you can listen to the information, I don't recommend going in boats or you sit on chairs and not a bench. I don't recommend.
