    Really lovely walk through the tranquil countryside. The walk is not challenging, but sturdy footwear is needed as the paths have loose stones and are used neven in places. It’s worth doing this early in the morning to enjoy the views with fewer people on the trail.

    Julio was very helpful in arranging an easy pick up point in Granada. We were the only two in the group (April 2022) but Julio is very easy to chat with so a relaxed experience. Our hike was about a 30 minute drive from town and it was lovely to see the countryside and be out in nature. The hike itself was a good mix of walking and climbing but not too taxing. Would highly recommend.

    A wonderful Experience for our Family, and also perfect for Couples or individuals Julio was a wonderful Tour Guide, experienced, knowledgable and caring We were collected by Julio at a central location in Granada and brought to the tour starting point. It was a 30 minute drive. Julio was very professional with all preparations and with our individual needs. The hike was conducted at a pace that suited us. With children on board that was very considerate and much appreciated. The views and vantage points were fabulous. Julio made a point of taking group and individual photographs along the way. It was lovely to have complete Family shots. Julio kindly emailed all the high quality photographs to us after the trip, 26 in total in our case ! The hike was 2.5 to 3 hours, and felt like 1 hour It was very manageable indeed. There were a few steeper gradient walks, but nothing too challenging. With the frequent stops along the way, the chats and time for a snack it was all very relaxed and highly enjoyable. If you want to spend some quality time outdoors then this trip is not to be missed. You will not find a more professional caring considerate guide that Julio. Thank you Julio for taking care of my Family. It remains one of the highlights of our Family Holiday.

    My and my girlfriend really enjoyed it, with the hot weather, the walk was not too long. We really loved the vieuws. The guide, Julio, was a friendly guy who gave us a lot of information about a kind of things.

    Primera de las dos excursiones de montaña que hice en Granada, y primera alegría. Debo decir que soy un absoluto desconocedor sobre rutas de senderismo, pero me encanta la naturaleza y por eso me decidí a realizarla. El camino empieza llano a lo largo del río, pero tirando al final hay un trecho cuesta arriba que sería algo exigente para una persona muy sedentaria. No doy más detalles porque estas experiencias hay que vivirlas con los cinco sentidos. En esta aventura compartí la experiencia con dos familias encantadoras y con Julio, nuestro guía, el cual estuvo muy cercano y amable con todos nosotros y que se le nota la experiencia que tiene, ya que no le faltaba de nada en la furgoneta (nos dio unos palos de montaña que fueron agua bendita en las subidas y en las bajadas). Además, durante el trayecto, va sacando unas cuantas fotos que después nos envía al WhatsApp. En definitiva, recomiendo la excursión (sobre todo después de haber visitado la Alhambra el día anterior, lo cual fue algo estresante).

    Ruta del Gollizno

    Groups reduced to a maximum of 6 people, for larger groups consultants. We continue in a van with 8 plazas at the starting point of La Ruta. Total distance traveled on the route: 8 km. Time elapsed: 3 hours. Difficulty level: easy (there are some pendants that we have with the important deposit and enjoy the scenery).
