    Maybe we got unlucky with our guide but this was the worst experience during our four week trip to Spain. The guide was zero personable, she never even introduced herself (I thought she was another customer). At each stop she started speaking without all of us being present. I asked 3 times to not do this as half the family were missing out. She continued to do it. I gave up. She was in a rush as she said that the tour was only 3 hours and had to “keep moving”. She had us back at Bunny Bike in 2 hours 38 mins, 22 mins ahead of her schedule!! Overall it was terrible. In addition, she was not even knowledgeable. Any unscripted questions we asked her, she turned Google on her phone to answer. We have done walking, biking and Segway tours all over the world and love them. This was by and far the exception. The owner knew we were not happy when we got back but decided not to ask us why. Instead , 3 mins after we left the store, he had his guide call my wife to “ask her” why we did not like the tour and she ended up shouting at my wife giving her opinion as to why she believed she did a great tour. Super disrespectful. Stay away from Bunny Bike Tour and find another provider. The city is great and a bike tour is a great idea.

    It was a nice experience discover the secrets of this city with our guide Marga. Very accesible and friendly way to enjoy Seville.

    Abbiamo noleggiato 8 bici per un tour guidato di Siviglia con Mirko, 4 adulti e 4 bambini! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Mirko è stato Super, simpatico, preparato e disponibile. Ci ha inoltre dato degli ottimi consigli su come organizzarci per la nostra vacanza a Siviglia consigliandoci anche degli ottimi ristoranti. Si è reso disponibile anche a farci tante fotografie ed è stato troppo carino con i nostri bambini. Consiglio assolutamente i suoi servizi. Grazie grazie e ancora grazie. Un saluto da Catania!!!

    Es verdad que Sevilla es una maravilla, y con Mirko mas todavia. Excelente tour, tres horas recorriendo las maravillas de Sevilla, Mirko un guia muy preparado y simpatico. Muchas gracias por todo.

    Sevilla es una maravilla, el segundo dia reservamos un tour con esta empresa y nos encanto el trato recibido y la simpatia de Marga( nuestra guia) en explicar de forma muy divertida y anectoda de la ciudad. Super recomendable!!!
