    My family and I did not get to experience this event. We stopped by the ticket booth earlier in the day and discovered the event description provided prior to purchase significantly misrepresented the actual content and value. The event fell short of our expectations. Furthermore, the cost of $200 per person appears excessive relative to the quality and scope of the type of event and the outdated boat. The advertised value undermines the confidence we had in attending and investing in this event for $200 per person.

    The cruise listed that it would start at 9pm on New Year’s Eve. My husband and I made a point to be on time, so we wouldn’t get left behind. The boat didn’t leave the harbor until 10:34pm 😡 there were a lot of unhappy people, especially those with children because they were either already sleeping or hungry and restless. I took a picture showing that the food didn’t arrive until like 10:20pm 🙄 and then they rushed it on the boat. Even before the delivered food came we witnessed one crew member serve and take a buffet of food to one of the tables over an hour before anyone else was able to get in line ( table by table) to eat. This was disrespectful to the other passenger's who also paid money. Once we finally left, we were the last boat to leave the harbor. Some people wanted to stand during the trip to see the fireworks, but everyone had to remain seated while on other boats they were allowed to stand, walk around, and even dance in some boats during the trip. In my review I am being generous due to the tasty food.

    Depective. Very different from pics. Old boat. Bad food and management. Not hygienic. Seems looted. Overcharged for the experience. Delayed by 2 hours.

    We are asked to meet at 9pm but the boat did not leave till 10.30pm. The food was ok even though by the time we ate it was cold. To serve the food they said they would go table by table but everyone ended up just going up leading in a chaotic experience. We paid extra to seat on the top deck but when it was time to see the fireworks all the lower deck people came up, obstructing the view. Might as well have paid for lower deck if there would be no difference in the views. The fireworks themselves were very far away and you couldn’t see much on the water, it would have been much better on land. Overall not the best experience. The only positive was the local dancing at the end.
