I think we had a unique mishap in the experience but I have to be completely honest in this review. First off there was a 1.5 delay because of the transport bus. Not the fault of the staff who did their best to make up for that experience but we weren't notified until we were at the meet up spot. I don't mind being on Hawaiian time but it would of been nice to know that WE could of made the best of our limited time here and utilized the 1.5 hour at our leisure. There should of been more communication on the delay sooner as it wasnt a last minute delay. As for the tour; the staff was amazing. Teeta(hope I'm spelling correctly) was so personable, welcoming and fun. I felt like she was a friend..she was that way eith everyone. Such a natural host. Thr captain ..also so welcoming and fun! Every member of the team was great! Only bummer is someone mentioned they were going to spend more time our there for us to make up for the delay but unfortunately we saw no dolphins and only got 1 hour of snorkel/ use of the slide. We did get to see one turtle but im guessing the afternoon time slot makes a difference in what you see and that was just out luck. I would of definitely preferred more time out snorkeling and utilizing the boat! With or without the delay that was a huge let down having such limited time for such a high cost excursion.
Also they gave everyone on the boat a free drink to also help with the disappointment of the delay. They did give it their overall BEST effort to make up for it so this is NO bad review on staff or captain who again were AMAZING. I just wish the company itself did more to compensate the huge inconvenience put on the guests. As far as not seeing much I have a feeling that has to do with the time slot(we went at 12) so if I were to go with my gut I'd say do the morning outing if you're reading this and considering this adventure! Our lunch was also great and the drinks offered were a great selection! Mahalo to the team on this boat! Hats off to making the best of a crappy situation!!

From the moment we were picked up, to being dropped backed off, we had a blast. The crew was fantastic. They kept us engaged through out the whole tour. The crew was so much fun. Ray, the cameraman was fantastic. Awesome photos. We saw dolphins and sea turtles. It was amazing tour and when we come back, we will be doing this again. Highly recommend this tour.

Amazing staff! Amazing views and vibes! If you get motion sickness please take dramamine before hand! I got seasick at the end of trip, staff was great at helping me feel better!
