The hike itself was good, but it is a strenuous activity. The hike is an hour long going up. Make sure u come prepared to hike and stay hydrated, u will sweat. Once you are at the top there is a wait to take pictures. There is no time limit or certain amount of poses you can do so the wait
is 2 hours long maybe longer. There is no shade so u wait in the hot sun for hours since there is no limit, which was annoying. There should be a 5 minute limit per person to make the time shorter and have shade as we wait. The restaurant they take you to eat at is so hot, I almost passed out. They also didn't have any soap in the bathroom which worried me because the employees were using this bathroom as well. Overall, the activity was fun and Fabienne was great and really cared about our safety.

The hike is very strenuous, but the view is well worth it. Fabiano was excellent. He helped my friends who couldn't make it get an Uber back. He went above and beyond to check on everyone and make sure they were ok. He also gave his extra water and took pictures of us on the rock.

Para mí y mi pareja este tour fue un desastre. Y no solo para nosotros si no para toda la gente del tour, todo el camino de regreso una de las personas se la pasó en el teléfono con Carioca Tours quejandose:
1. Me recogieron 1 hora tarde, por lo cual estuve 1 hora parada en el sol esperando.
2. La guía no hablaba español ni inglés, solo habló portugués por mas de que en el tour éramos 2 peruanos , 2 paraguayos y 1 brasileño
3. La guía subió por su cuenta y nos esperó a todos arriba de la Pedra
4. Cuando llegamos para empezar el hike, la guía nos dijo que si queríamos podíamos usar moto para subir pero que el pago era solo en efectivo y previo al hije NADIE AVISÓ esto por lo cual nadie tiene efectivo y tuvimos que hacerlo caminando.
5. El tour de las playas no se llevó a cabo. Solamente paramos 15 minutos en una playa para verla desde lejos y eso fue todo.
Nunca había hecho un tour tan malo en mi vida. Hubiese sido mejor y más económico pedir un taxi que me lleve y regrese de la Pedra.
Solicito por favor con suma urgencia su LIBRO DE RECLAMACIONES.
Hablé con Carioca Tours el proveedor de este tour y realmente sus respuestas han sido muy poco profesionales.

Se eu tivesse ido, teria alguma experiência para contar! Porém confirmaram meu passeio, (cobraram no cartão)e, no dia marcado, após eu ligar muitas vezes, esperando me buscarem me falaram que não havia mais vagas!
Se poderia ser remarcado, claro que não poderia... moro à 3000 km de distância e está indo embora no outro dia pela manhã.
E quanto ao valor cobrado, ainda estou aguardando a Bianca da comercial, me dar um retorno.
