I have no other words to describe the experience with American Pro Diving Center but Wonderful. I met them snorkeling with manatees, then I became Open Water certified and now I do recreational diving. The staff and instructors are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The facilities and equipment are ideal for the practice of these aquatic activities.

We were all aboard after viewing the video about the rules of our swim with the manatees. However, when we got to the only spot where they were swimming, there were several other boats full of people in the same area. In order to actually see them, we had to swim up to them, crowd them and there was lots of noise. Actual time spent swimming with them was very limited-we were hurried along by our boat crew so that other boats could have viewing time. Disappointing. Could’ve gotten just as close in a kayak.

Went out with captian Mike and Michelle they were amazing. So much great information they shared. We got to swim with many manatees. Got great photos...and loved the moca manatee drinks to warm us up. Thank you for the experience of a life time.

Our friendly staff guides you and your family thru check in, gear up and a presentation on how to behave around manatees. Follow the in water guides on a short drive to the docks where there is plenty of parking. This manatee adventure is by boat on the spring fed waters of Crystal River where sea-sickness is never an issue. Experience the manatee water world either by snorkel or as a boat rider. Fun for the whole family. After returning to the docks follow the guides back to American Pro Diving Center to return gear, change into dry clothes, shop for souvenirs and watch your trip on the big screen TV. Great memories last a lifetime!
