    This place is garbage, hardly any choices, food not restocked and cooked hours ago. Post mix drinks and ripped seats. Old decor.

    Had to spend the day in transit. Staff were amazing, coffee was excellent, drinks and food were great. Observationd - the furniture is a bit dated not really that comfortable and worn as were the carpets. Toilet could of done with a regular check up, rubbish bin was over flowing by end of day and sink could of been cleaned, but i could live with it, its the little things that count, if I needed to do it again, I would. Thank you premium lounge.

    Didn't have high expectations given I've been to some very smart Business Class lounges over the years but was pleasantly surprised by this visit. Smart looking lounge without being ostentatious, very attentive food and beverage staff, prompt clearing away of empty plates and glasses, decent selection of food and beverages, nice modern space. I would use their lounge again.

    Booked this lounge in the hope of relaxing after a first leg from NZ on route to the UK via Singapore. It is remarkably small and, as others have said, the seats are not particularly comfortable or plentiful. The biggest issue was broken air conditioning which rendered the atmosphere absolutely stifling and I couldn’t last more than an hour. Very unpleasant. The food was OK and nobody seemed to be deprived of drinks. Great views of airside and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Used the shower after having to prove my booking entitled me to use it. It involved a voucher and a lift down to another lounge which seemed to be closed and staff were a bit startled when I arrived. I had to justify why I was there. To be honest, I was glad to get out into the cooler departure lounges. It’s not that expensive but I don’t think I’d go back without hearing of an improvement.
