This special vegan friendly Bali Cooking Class starts at 09.30 AM and finish by 12.30, and the Lunch. Join us to learn more about Balinese Indonesian authentic recipes involving colorful of Indonesian vibrant spices over 3 hours cooking class. We'll use fresh plant base ingredients, and cook them all from the scratch. During the class we'll take you to learn the highlight of Tempeh making process. Tempeh or Tempe is a Super Food, an Indonesia original from Java. Known since 1600 century, Tempe is food for everyone, rich of protein and many nutrients. Then we'll be ready to cook our tasteful Balinese Lunch at our open air kitchen studio. We'll make some dishes from Tempe, refreshing Sayur Urab a vegetable dish made of some greens and beans mixed with grilled coconut grated, and some local recipes. We'll add some Chicken and Tuna, or we'll skip this if you are vegan. Finally we will enjoy our creation by sharing seven dishes of tasty Balinese Indonesian Lunch in the garden with family atmosphere of our cozy house.
