Our tour guide Erica was great! We enjoyed hearing all of the stories, especially the ones that occurred in the hotel we were staying in. It was a great nightcap for our brief stay in Birmingham.

David was engaging and informative. His suit, top hat and pipe added to the charm. I enjoyed the history behind the buildings and hearing his personal stories about the strange things that go on inside them. People were asking about other buildings that we passed and he was able to tell them historical information about them with ease. My husband and I have been on ghost tours across the US and Europe, many times we've been left looking at our wayches waiting for the night to be over. David's tour was over before we knew it and we could have spent another few hours with him listening to the history and stories. David made us feel like he had nowhere else to be and spent his time engaging the group with his stories. We never felt rushed and the evening went by too quickly. The only part I didn't like was the jump scares. He was banging on metal objects that made loud and unexpected noises in an effort to make us jump. If you're a jumpy person, just be forewarned expect loud noises towards the end of the tour. If we find ourselves back in Birmingham we would look to join another tour with David. He was an excellent tour guide.

This was a fun experience for believers and non believers alike. We were supplied with "ghost hunting" tools. Our guide was knowledgeable, and the tour wasn't cheesy or disrespectful to the poor souls he spoke of. My kids and nephew really like it, as did I! Highly recommended!

David was great! Knew the area and all of the local lore. We’ve been on ghost tours in Chicago, New Orleans & Williamsburg, VA. This was the best! BC

Our tour guide was Erica - she was so amazing and dealing with shenanigans from 4 women enjoying a much needed trip ! The stories were enthralling and even had some spine tingling chills 💀

The stories about the Tutweiller! David was very entertaining and knowledgable; we enjoyed walking with him.

I wasn't able to take the tour because the tour didnt know he was supposed to be there. We had changed our reservation via the ticket provider - which we were directed to when we clicked on the link on the website for the actual tour place. But they said the never got the notification, which to me seems as if that means they hadn't checked their notifications and alerts and inboxes etc. at all that day or the day before. we ended up doing a self guided tour via an app online for like $7 and it was really cool. Definitely not what we were hoping for so we were very disappointed on that front at least. However. I have to give props to the person at the tour company because he had me fully refunded within 12 hours and it was back in my bank within the next 12. So I can't complain overall as far as that goes.

We learned and saw so much on this tour, and it was all within a couple easy walking blocks! Our guide had unexplainable, creepy orb pictures that previous tourists had taken, and fun stories about the area in between stops.

Erica provided my wife and I a great Ghost Walk tour around various churches and hotels in downtown Birmingham. I grew up in Birmingham and still learned a lot of interesting stuff about the city and heard some creepy stories about buildings I’ve driven past hundreds of times. Erica was a great guide and we’d love to book another tour next time we’re in town.

There was a white SUV down a parking corridor that was, ironically enough, not part of the tour that creeped me out the most.
