    Awesome event. So much fun making and learning about chocolate. The pairing was very interesting and our instructor was very knowledgeable.

    We had such a great time with this experience that combines the chocolate making class and the chocolate and wine pairing class during the same day. First we prepared chocolate truffles by ourselves under the excellent instruction of Emma. It was a lot of fun to get to make truffles by ourselves. Then we had a wine and chocolate pairing. We tasted interesting Maltese wines paired with well-chosen chocolates, again with the excellent hosting by Emma. You could tell that they had really put some effort into the pairing here. We recommend choosing both the chocolate making and the wine pairing classes instead of just one or the other to get the most out of this experience.

    Experience included truffle making and then wine pairing, Emma was very knowledgeable and friendly, made the afternoon really fun! Wish we had longer so we could have tried some of their other classes but would definitely book again!

    We had a lovely afternoon at the Malta Chocolate Factory learning about, making and decorating our own set of 12 truffles. We then popped downstairs for a nosey into the chocolate factory and to visit the fancy spinner (if you know you know) before returning to their upstairs space for a lovely wine pairing. They had a lovely selection of local wines,olives,cheese etc and of course chocolates and explained how to pair everything really well. Our guide was wonderful and her story telling was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

    So much fun. Really unique class and the instructor Renee was a blast, we all really bonded. Wine tasting was great too. You leave with a nice box of your own homemade chocolate
