    The guide changed the meet point but the Viator website continued to state another meet point - very confusing and anxiety-provoking. The guide knew NO historical facts and even said so. I learned nothing at all. I paid 178 euros to follow the guide around learning NOTHING. I could have used Google maps to do that. Furthermore, the Viator sire specifically said the tour would end where it began. Instead the guide left use a mile from San Marco where we started with no directions as to how to return. This was the worst tour experience EVER and the LEAST VALUE for the money.
