The e-bikes worked well & lots of opportunity for views & photos were provided. The only bad part was that Osmeld took us on an uphill dirt path that was too hard for seniors. 3 of us had to push our bikes up only to find that we were going back the same way. The guide did not attempt to help us get up the hill nor tell us to wait at the bottom. At the end of the tour, I advised him that it would be better to ask if people wanted to do a mountain bike type portion.

The host was super nice and tour covered beautiful places within short duration. We went through the most beautiful places in Madrid within 3 hours and host took a lot of photographs on request :) Thank you so much.

<p>I booked this bike tour the day before and I got a confirmation email. <br/>
When we went to the shop to sign in/ do the tour, they didn't have us in the system and they didn't have enough bikes for that specific time and day. The lady who helped us felt really bad and she offered us the segway tour instead, we accepted and had such a fun time with Alejandro the guide for that trip. The group was small we were with 3 and we had 2 other people joining us and driving those seaways through Madrid was a blast. Thank you !</p>
