    Our tour guide was fabulous i forgot his name he was very informative and entertaining, it is a great way to see the city because it is so hilly and he knew all the back roads and places to go

    The tour itself was an excellent introduction to the intricate byways of this beautiful medieval town. But be sure to nail down the time you want to go. Otherwise, you’ll be scheduled at the company’s convenience. Be prepared to do all communications with the provider through Viator’s clunky system.

    Recepcionist with very bad humor, driver cool but the explains are very poor. We see we only few tourist attractions, no soul.

    $40 per person for 30 minute ride down alleys. “Guide” barely spoke English. When I spoke to her when we arrived I said we were there for the tour, she said €20 but we paid $40 on Viator. I don’t think she was even a tour guide because she couldn’t answer questions other than basic things like like name of a church. I do not recommend this at all.
