    The tour guide, Paolo, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was easy to communicate with. The views were amazing and beautiful. Our lunch was delicious and homemade. We were able to explore a lot of this stunning area with his assistance. This is a must-do experience if you are in the Rome area.

    Great time spent outside of Rome! The nature in the area is breathtaking and the guide took us to a spot with a beautiful view during our hike. Part of a hike is steep, so get good shoes and take your time going down (my knees hurt). My husband and I had a wonderful from start to finish. Paolo picked us up from the nearest train station, walked us through a great hike with some history insights about the area, and we finished the day with a lovely lunch at their beautiful home. We really appreciate their hospitality and kindness. Highly recommend it!

    Our guide was full of knowledge, and sooo welcoming. He went ABOVE and BEYOND from our first contact until we left at the end of the day. It was the best tour of our trip. We left feeling like part of the family. I am a travel agent and will be sending all my clients his way. We were blessed to have met him and had the perfect day.

    Paolo took our family on a beautiful scenic hike to the castle. He explained the history of the area and fed us a tasty Italian meal at his home! We stayed in the most cosy apartment with a gorgeous view in a mid evil village. Such an original experience for our family!

    Borgo di Monte Antuni

    The Experience starts with a short and easy hiking, visiting the abandoned medieval village of Monte Antuni, which dates back to the year 1100, opened just for YOU! We explore its restored palace, gardens, labyrinth, and if feasible the frescos in the Hermitage. There we’ll have 360◦ spectacular view of the Turano Lake and surrounding mountains included in the Natural Reserve. I'll describe you history and legends, as well flora and fauna, protected by the national reserve of which i'm an official Guide. Walk back to the car, and moving to the close Castel di Tora, one of the "most beautiful Italian small villages" with its narrow streets, iconic rock of 13' century, and many spots for great lake views photos. Here you're going to taste a delicious italian food, with many local products, that will remain in your memories for a long long time ..... on the way back, we'll stop for a last pictures together on the lake, the best way to end your perfect italian day!
